Amorphous alloy, also known as "liquid metal or metallic glass", is a new type of soft magnetic alloy material, mainly containing iron, silicon, boron and other elements. The manufacturing process of its main products, amorphous alloy thin ribbon, is to use the rapid cooling technology. The alloy molten liquid is cooled at 106℃ per second, forming a thickness of about 0.03mm amorphous alloy thin ribbon, leaving the physical state a disordered amorphous arrangement of metal atoms. Thanks to the special atomic structure formed by the above extreme production process, the amorphous alloy has excellent properties such as low coercivity, high permeability, high resistivity, high temperature corrosion resistance and high toughness.
