On December 19, 2019, Qingdao Science and Technology Innovation and Science and Technology Award Conference was held, at which projects and personnel who received the 2018 Municipal Science and Technology Award were honored. In 2018, a total of 147 projects (candidates) won awards in the city, including 1 municipal science and technology highest award, 11 natural science awards, 5 technical invention awards, 129 scientific and technological progress awards, and 1 international cooperation award. Yunlu's advanced material " Thousand-ton Preparation Technology and Industrialization of Amorphous Magnetic Powder Core" won the second prize of Qingdao Technical Invention (the first prize is vacant), and was honored by the leaders of the municipal party committee and municipal government.
Amorphous magnetic powder core is a derivative product of amorphous strip. It is made of iron-based amorphous alloy as the main raw material and is prepared by a powder metallurgy process. It has high magnetic flux density, good frequency stability, excellent DC offset resistance and other properties, and can be widely used. In the fields of wind power, home appliances, photovoltaics, etc., it meets the needs of electronic devices towards high frequency, miniaturization, light weight, large current, and energy saving. Yunlu Advanced Materials started the independent research and development of the preparation technology and industrialization of 1,000-ton amorphous magnetic powder cores in 2013, and received key support from Qingdao's independent innovation major project. After the products were put on the market, they were unanimously approved by customers.
